Called in for some food and a good pint, got both. Really delicious fried chicken and fries, with other good looking food coming out of the kitchen. Good range of local beer on tap to accompany.
Delicious food and great selection of Leith beer. The staff was very friendly, they made us feel comfortable and we enjoyed discussing with them the choice of food and drinks, we tried a bit of everything and it was all amazing. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!
Best fish and chips I've ever had! I'm 57 and have eaten a lot of fish and chips over the years. Portions are massive and the staff are great. Glad it's just around the corner.
This place is fabulous! Small, cosy and a bit noisy but a great atmosphere. Amazing people working here with a lovely welcome and great service.
We came here on a Saturday night (would highly recommend booking, we did π) visiting from outer London to see Marti Pellow at the playhouse..... and this place set us up for a great weekend away π€ππ
The menu has a varied selection from burgers, mac and cheese (gorgeous, but prepare not to be able to move afterwards!!! A lovely generous portion!), salmon (a thumbs up from my mum and sister in law ππ)
Light bites, mini burgers, yummy desserts featuring the obligatory deep fried Mars bar, with an iron bru reduction π
Great lattes......
Cannot recommend enough π€π€π€
Friendly, casual, great food. Cauliflower bites and beer battered pickles were the highlights.
Always a favourite for food but have been blown away by the Christmas menu! I would challenge any sprout hater not to fall in love after having them here. Couldn't fault a single thing- thanks so much!!
great vibes, amazing staff and the prices are good.
and you can check some local bands as well.
highly recommended!
Delicious food, not too expensive. Vegan and vegetarian friendly! The waiters were so nice and service was quick. There was also live music which was so good. Only thing is, it gets quite loud, but thatβs a given for most pubs and restaurants. If you have any sensory issues, I definitely recommend noise reducing headphones. Thereβs a bathroom, which was clean and decorated very cool.
